This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a cozy bar, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me retrieve my forgotten items, and their kindness is unforgettable. I highly recommend staying here. I'm coming back for Xmas!

Cozy and central stay!
Had a fab night! The staff were super nice, and I really appreciated the in-room tea and coffee. The location is spot on—everything's close! Just wish the bed was a bit comfier. it was kind of a struggle to get a good night's sleep.

The location is central, allowing easy access to the surrounding attractions without much disturbance from noise. The Premium King Room was decently sized with a balcony, perfect for some fresh air and a touch of luxury with fluffy bath towels.
The parking situation is rough—tight spaces and a public car park that fills up quickly, making it a hassle to find a spot. Inside the room, three out of five lights were non-functional, creating a dark atmosphere, and the cleanliness left something to be desired. I noticed visible limescale in the shower and dust on the bedside tables. the toilet had maintenance issues, including a loose flush and a dubious substance on the handrail. Privacy was compromised due to the first-floor window overlooking a busy staff smoking area.

Stylish and comfy stay
Had a nice 2-night trip. The room was really cute and surprisingly quiet, which was a big plus. Loved the comfy twin beds, best sleep I've had in ages! The restaurant served some tasty meals, but breakfast service was a bit slow, unfortunately. All in all, it was a good experience, but the air-con could've been better.

The bedroom was comfy with a lovely balcony, and breakfast was top-notch! Those eggs royal were practically poetry on a plate!
The cleaning was a bit dodgy—rubbish left like it was having a party, and the food took ages while tasting like uninspired cardboard. Who knew bland could take so long?

The breakfast selection was solid, especially getting to order a set meal alongside the buffet, and the view from my room was just stunning with all those big windows. The hotel offers a cozy lounge for relaxation and a lovely balcony area to unwind. Just a heads-up, it could be clearer about the food service times since I wasn't sure what was available at breakfast. 😊

This was just a strong match for a little getaway in Newcastle upon Tyne with good value. The bottle of Prosecco was waiting for us in a bucket of ice when we arrived, which was a nice touch. Just keep an eye on service charges when dining at the hotel.

Exceptional staff and delicious breakfast
Our stay was delightful, with genuinely friendly staff making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring freshly made pancakes and a vast selection of items to suit all tastes. The room we had was spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable retreat during our trip. A small downside was the parking fees, which can add up over time.

Couple seeking a solid stay
We had an excellent time at the hotel, the shower was superb, like a rainstorm on a hot day. The breakfast was delicious, full English done just right, and the staff were genuinely warm and helpful, especially Serena who chatted with us while we waited.
It's not exactly cheap, but it's manageable given the quality.

Indigo is a hidden gem for food lovers! Try the local eateries like Blackfriars for a taste of Newcastle’s classics and Spanglish Tiendita for a delightful bite. Staff were lovely and the refurbished room was a treat with a vibrant pop art vibe.
Had a bit of a hiccup this time. We needed to keep asking for basics like towels and coffee supplies, which threw a spanner in the works. A wee bit of attentive cleaning would’ve made a big difference!
